Processing Time

Orders are processed on a Saturday and ready for dispatch on Monday.

Delivery Times

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery after dispatch.

Shipping Rates

Because we use dpd min order of £5.50 applies.

Please note: We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is not available at this time but maybe soon. 

Order Tracking

If you’ve provided your mobile number, DPD will send you a delivery time slot via text. Otherwise, you’ll receive it via email.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, strikes, or carrier delays.

During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual.

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are unable to change the shipping address once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
