This is to clearly communicate that Seasoned Baits is not liable for any claims arising from the use of their batteries or chargers by their customers.
Boat Charge Solutions Policy Statement
By ticking the acceptance box, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of Seasoned Baits batteries and chargers:
**Acceptance of Risk**:
1. The customer acknowledges that they have read and understood the safety guidelines provided for the use and charging of batteries.
2. The customer accepts all risks associated with the use of Seasoned Baits batteries and chargers, including but not limited to damage to property, personal injury, and loss of data.
**No Liability**
Boat Charge Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of their batteries or chargers.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by improper usage, unauthorized modifications, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use with incompatible devices.
**Customer Responsibility**
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that batteries and chargers are used in accordance with the provided safety guidelines.
The customer agrees to perform regular inspections and maintenance of the batteries and chargers to prevent potential hazards.
**Exclusion of Warranty**
BCS lts provides batteries and chargers "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
BCS ltd disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
**Indemnification**
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BCS ltd from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from the customer's use of the batteries and chargers.
**Legal Jurisdiction**
This disclaimer policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Seasoned Baits is located.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under this policy shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Safety Tips for Charging Lithium Batteries& Chargers
General Guidelines
1. Never leave batteries charging un attended always charge in the daytime .
2. **Use Proper Chargers**: Only use chargers specifically designed for lithium batteries.
3. **Inspect Batteries**: Check for any damage or defects before charging.
4. **Cool Environment**: Charge batteries in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry place.
5. Never hit or try and damage the battery - it may explode

Charging Process
1. **Monitor Charging**: Never leave batteries unattended while charging.
2. **Correct Voltage**: Ensure the charger’s output voltage matches the battery’s specifications .
3. **Avoid Overcharging**: Remove the battery from the charger once it is fully charged.
4. **Temperature Range**: Charge batteries at temperatures between 0°C and 45°C (32°F to 113°F).
Safety Precautions
1. **No Short Circuits**: Keep the charging area free of metal objects to avoid short circuits.
2. **Avoid Extreme Temperatures**: Do not charge batteries in extremely hot or cold conditions.
3. **Use Fireproof Containers**: We supply Charge batteries on non-flammable surfaces or use fireproof bags/containers - you must use one of these .
4. **Inspect Chargers**: Ensure that chargers and cables are in good condition without any exposed wires or damage
Emergency Measures
1. **Swelling or Overheating**: If a battery swells or becomes excessively hot, stop charging immediately and safely remove it from the charger.
2. **Fire Extinguisher**: Keep a Class D fire extinguisher or sand nearby in case of a fire. Do not use water to extinguish a lithium battery fire.
Best Practices
1. **Partial Charging**: It’s better to charge lithium batteries to 80-90% rather than 100% for longer lifespan.
2. **Avoid Deep Discharges**: Do not frequently discharge the battery completely; recharging when it reaches 20-30% is ideal. idealyy give it some charge every 2-3 months
3. **Regular Inspections**: Periodically check the battery and charger for any signs of wear and tear.
4. Don not under any circumstances adapt or interfere with our products - this will make any warranty invalid.
